The committees
At Kroa in Bø we have a good variety of various committees. The committees work with various events at Kroa, which contributes to a wide range of activities outside school hours. By being part of a committee you can get a nice break from everyday study.
BØ Film Club
Bø Filmklubb is a non-profit and voluntary association that was established in 1972 and is part of the film club network of the Norwegian Film Club Association.

At the film club, you can watch old classics and newer quality films, and you also get the opportunity to become part of a social environment that cultivates its love for film.

Bø Filmklubb shows films at Kroa in Bø and collaborates with The Studentcafén Kultores during their screenings.
PHOTO
We in the photo group are a team who photograph everything that happens at Kroa. Everything from concerts to theme parties and other activities. If you love capturing moments and memories, the photo group is perfect for you! You do not have to have experience, just the desire to learn. We have all the equipment you need.
House-DJ
The main focus of the DJs is to find fun and appropriate music for the audience at Kroa. We have a unique access to the DJ equipment here, where each member gets the opportunity to learn the technical part and practice before an event.

Viko
VIKO in Bø has been arranged since 1995 and has become a tradition for students in Bø. VIKO is Bø's very own student festival, and offers a wide range of events that should be appealing to everyone. VIKO runs over ten days and offers activities and events such as concerts, parties, social gatherings, sporting activities and much more! VIKO is run by the students for the students.
Studentcafé kultores
The café guards Kroa's biggest treasure: the waffle recipe. Held every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, it offers coffee, snacks, snacks, and provides a cozy place to read or take a break from reading. On a regular basis, they take part in arranging intimate concerts, creative evenings or film screenings.
Kroa Utflukt
Kroa Utflukt har som fokus å komme seg ut i naturen, blant fjord og fjell. Her får du muligheten for frisk luft samtidig som du er sosial!
